Are failed tasks charged?
No. Failed and timed-out tasks are not billed; the billing rules match the docs and the public price list.
Can you support a custom or in-house captcha?
Ask through Contact us and we will assess it. Work is scheduled only after the target is confirmed to be within your lawful authorisation, and custom types are billed per successful task like everything else.
How does billing work? Is there a monthly fee or minimum?
There is no monthly fee and no minimum. You prepay credit, pay per 1,000 successful tasks, failures and timeouts are free, and credit does not expire.
Is there a concurrency (QPS) or thread limit?
Each API key has its own rate limit; exceeding it returns ERROR_RATE_LIMIT and you back off according to the error code. Contact us for a higher quota.
